The latest release of NPOconnect features the launch of our new Help Center, privacy updates, and more.
Help and support

With this release, we are launching our new NPOconnect Help Center. This is now the primary source of help documentation for end-users and replaces our Help Desk in Zendesk.
How to navigate the Help Center
Refer to the tips below to get the most out of this new resource.

The Home page features quick links to frequently used help like Registration Guides and Vetting Resources as well as featured articles for Payments and Transactions and Check Reissues.

The Resources for Nonprofit Admins area contains help articles for Nonprofit Administrators and Managers of nonprofit organizations.

The Resources for YourCause Admins area contains help articles for YourCause Administrators, Blackbaud Compliance, and the NPOconnect Support team.
US Privacy Laws and Data Privacy Updates

The new Blackbaud Data Subject Rights link in the footer on the Sign In page allows you to easily navigate to the Blackbaud Data Subject Rights Request form where you can submit an opt-out or data deletion request.

Administration

Any updates to a nonprofit’s Registered Address will now be included in the Administration > Change Tracking area. Select the new Registered Address type from the dropdown to view any changes.
Note: Any changes to a nonprofit’s Registered Address are provided by the respective registration authority. This attribute cannot be updated by a Nonprofit Administrator or YourCause Administrator.

Communications

The language in the Don’t miss out on any potential donations - New Compliance to review email has been updated to include a reminder that the review and acceptance of compliance statements are required to receive corporate funds and are not part of the overall Domestic Vetting or International Vetting processes. A preview of this new language is shown in the image below.
