View Event Participants

Organizers will automatically receive an email notification when a participant signs up for an event. These volunteers can be accessed from the Participants option for Live events.

Tip: Although we display participant names, we do not show their email addresses. If you need to contact volunteers for your event, see Email Event Participants

1. Navigate to https://nonprofit.yourcause.com. Sign in to NPOconnect by entering your email and then log in with the Blackbaud ID (BBID) account connected to your nonprofit organization.

2. After signing in, select Volunteering in the side navigation and then click on the Volunteer Events tile.

3. In the Volunteer Events area, select the ellipsis icon next to a Live event and then Participants to open the Participants page. \

   Note: The Participants option only appears if the event has registered volunteers.

From this page, you can view participants by shift, see their estimated or default hours, and even send them an email.
