You can now turn common giving analysis questions into clear, shareable visuals — right in Chat for Blackbaud AI. Use the Display as field to switch between bar chart, pie chart, or list view, then print or download the chart image from the menu to share or save it.

  • Spot what's driving results. View giving by revenue or gift counts across top campaigns, funds, or appeals to quickly identify what's performing.

Benchmarking tiles on your Raiser's Edge NXT Home page give you at-a-glance performance data across revenue growth, donor acquisition and retention, revenue per donor, and sustainer performance — including peer comparison insights that show how your organization measures up against similar organizations.

With a Premium subscription, each tile includes a Suggest actions button that opens Chat for Blackbaud AI with guided next steps — helping you interpret your results, identify where to focus, and build targeted constituent lists without leaving your workflow.
