Batch configuration
Note: Don't have the new grid batch yet? Expect its wider release in a future update.
After creating a gift batch, you can configure the batch columns. From Gifts, select Overview to open Gift management.
Configure batch configuration
Under Unapproved batches, select the ellipsis to the left of a batch's name, then Edit in grid view. Configure which fields you want to display, the default values, and the order of columns. To configure the order of columns, select the handle next to a column name and drag the column to a new position in the list. You can also save the configuration as a new Gift Batch template.
Note: You can't deselect required fields unless you save a default value to the column first.
