Payment Installment Status
On a recurring gift, under Payment installment status, you can view details of the current installment’s status for the active recurring gift and the number of completed retries that result in success or failure. For each installment period, the gift’s payment information updates to help track the progress of each installment.
Note: Payment installment status only displays for active recurring gifts that have no end date or an end date in the future.
Current status
The current status of the installment. Status updates occur throughout the gift's installment period until the payment results in a success or failure. For more information, see Recurring Gift Payment Processing.
Completed retries
The number of retries, if the initial attempt results in a soft rejection, to make the gift’s payment before it succeeds or fails.
Attempts
Tracks each attempt for payment and its status and date. For more information, see Payment Attempts Statuses.
