Pledge Status Report

The Pledge Status Report details pledge activity that falls within a chosen date range.
Report format
From the Details tab, under Report format, you can select the format to use:

Format 1 (Prior year payments, current year payments, and write-off history) — Include dates and amounts of original pledges, pledge payments and write-offs made prior to the report start date, payments and write-offs made within the report's date range, and pledge balances.

Format 2 (Pledges, payments, and write-offs) — Include dates and amounts of original pledges per the Include pledges made after date on the General tab, outstanding balances from the day before the report's start date, payments and write-offs made within the report's date range, and pledge balances.
Report type
When you add or edit a report, from the General tab, under Report type, you can select the type of report to generate:

Summary — Include totals of pledge info for each fund.
Note: The summary version of the report can't include constituent names or address info.

Detail — Include constituent names, address info, and pledge info.
