Portal Activity
When you enable profile updates constituents can update their name and contact information in the portal. To manage those updates, view linked accounts, and send portal invitations, select Portal activity from Communications.

To view and manage changes submitted by constituents, select View profile update log under Profile update log. For more information, see Portal Profile Updates.
Note: Organization admins, solution admins, and users with the Manage portal user access role can review and manage these changes.

To view the details for linked, invited, and blocked users, select View user list under Portal users. For more information, see Portal Users List

To help constituents who experience trouble logging in, you can check the activity log. Select View activity log under User account activity log.
