Portal Activity

From Tools, Portal activity, admins can manage user activity in the portal.

  • To help your organization keep up-to-date constituent records, constituents can update their name and contact information in the portal. From the profile update log, organization admins, solution admins, or users with the Manage portal user access permission can review and manage the submitted changes.   • With the portal users list, you can view status details for linked, invited, and blocked users. For more information, see Portal Users List.

  • If a constituent has issues logging in, you can check the user account activity log to help troubleshoot Blackbaud ID issues. For more information, see User Account Activity Log.
