Portal Activity

Portal activity lets you view and manage user-related portal activity. From Constituents, Portal activity, view:

  • User status, such as the number invited, linked, and blocked constituents, under Portal users.

  • Profile updates made by constituents, under Profile update log.

    Note: To allow constituents to make changes to their profile, such as their name and contact information, enable profile updates.

    Tip: Organization admins, solution admins, and users with the Manage portal user access role can review and manage these changes.

  • User activity, to troubleshoot access issues constituents may be experiencing, under User account activity log.
