Work Center

In Portfolio, Work center, you can monitor and manage the Development Agent's assigned constituents, review escalations, track gifts, and view action history.

If you manage multiple fundraisers, select Change fundraiser to switch between work centers, or choose All fundraisers to view everyone's portfolios.

Overview

The Overview tab shows the Needs attention section, which lists items that require your input before the agent can proceed. Select a link to open the escalation queue:

  • Respond to inbound communications the Development Agent can't answer — Review incoming constituent responses that the agent needs help answering.

  • Review outbound communications the Development Agent has planned — Approve or provide feedback on outbound messages before they are sent.

Portfolio

The Portfolio tab lists all constituents currently assigned to the Development Agent.

Customize the list

  • Select Columns to choose which columns appear in the list.

  • Select Export to download the list as a CSV file.

  • Use Find in this list to search for a specific constituent.

Filter the list

Use the filter bar to narrow results by Constituent code, Any gift, Fundraisers, Constituent type, Address, or Tags.

Available columns

  • Constituent summary — Name, address, email, and phone number

  • Assigned to — Solicitors assigned to the constituent

  • Constituent codes — Codes applied to the constituent's record

  • Lifetime giving — Total cumulative giving

  • First gift — Amount, date, and fund of the constituent's first gift

  • Latest gift — Most recent gift amount, date, and fund

  • Greatest gift — Largest single gift amount, date, and fund

  • Prospect status — Current prospect status

  • Last action — Most recent action taken

  • Next action — Next scheduled action and date

Gifts

The Gifts tab shows gifts from constituents in the agent's portfolio. Use this tab to monitor giving activity.

Actions

The Actions tab shows a history of actions the Development Agent has taken, organized by constituent and date. For more ways to view and filter agent actions, see View Agent Actions.
