Style Online Giving Forms

You can change the look and feel of forms to reflect your organization's branding and message. What you can change can vary by the type of form you build.

Style Standard Donation Forms, Constituent or Membership Forms

  1. Navigation to Online Giving and select Donation formsConstituent forms or Membership forms

  2. Create a new form or edit an existing one.

  3. From Form, select the style you want to change in the Form designer.

    Note: Not all buttons are available on all forms. For example, a constituent form will not have Payment button or Membership listing.

What You Can Style

Where applicable, you can change the font, colors, and borders of the following for Standard Donation Forms, constituent and membership forms.

  • Body

  • Dividers

  • Headers

    Tip: To match the form's header font with the body, under Font, select Use font from body. This only applies to the type of font, not the size and color.

  • Consent option buttons

  • Submit button

  • Tab buttons

  • Gift amount buttons

  • Payment button

    Tip: To change button text, select the button on the form, then select Click to edit.

  • Membership listing

  • Checkout

Style Optimized Donation Forms

For Optimized Forms, the font type, size, and color are already set to create a streamlined and engaging donor experience. In a form's branding card, you can set the font style of text, such as bold and italics, in the Impact statement.
