-
Constituent codes — use this filter to see specific types of constituents. To filter the queue, select specific constituent codes from the list.
-
Fundraiser — use this filter to filter the list by assigned fundraisers. Only active fundraisers appear in the list. To view all fundraisers, including those whose constituent record is marked inactive, select Show inactive.
-
PI models — use this filter to display only prospects who meet predictive giving criteria associated with a Prospect Insights model. The filter the queue, select a model and then the criteria. For more information, see Prospect Insights models.
-

Note: Changes to constituent codes may take some time before they are reflected in the Constituent codes filter. For more information, see Constituent codes.
Note: The Fundraiser filter is only available to authorized users. For more information, see Roles, tasks, and permissions and Permissions.
Note:
• Spouses who are not in Prospect Insights and are assigned to fundraisers may still appear.
