Prospects
The Prospects list displays prospects assigned to fundraisers, including prospects temporarily removed from the Undergiving list for six or twelve months, and those dismissed from the Smaller predicted gift list.
Either Your prospects or All assigned prospects is displayed, depending on your role and permissions. Select a prospect to view their information. If you have permission to view All assigned prospects, prospect information includes the assigned fundraiser. For more information on permissions, see Roles, tasks, and permissions and Permissions.
Filter prospects
To display only prospects in the Undergiving list, select the list from the queue filter. For All assigned prospects, you may also filter by Smaller predicted gift.
To filter All assigned prospects by assigned fundraisers, select them from the Fundraisers filter. Fundraisers appear in the list if they have ever been assigned to a prospect.
Note: The Fundraisers filter and queue filter are interconnected, so selections from either filter impact the list of displayed prospects.
To display only prospects with a high planned giving likelihood, from Planned gift prospects, select Only prospects with high planned gift likelihood.
