Tools Settings
From Tools, Settings, admins can configure global settings for forms and portal to best meet the needs of your organization.

In Form settings, you configure settings that apply globally to donation and online registration forms. You can map types for email, address, phone, and constituent codes for constituent records that are created or updated through a form. You also set the privacy URL for all forms. In Portal settings, you configure and manage settings for the online portal. During initial setup, use the guided steps to configure and activate the portal. After you activate your portal, you can:

Copy its URL to share through your website, email, or social media.

Send email invitations to constituents asking them to create Blackbaud IDs to access the portal.

Customize visual elements in the portal — such as the display name, logos, and primary color — to match your organization's branding.

Add or update contact information for the person or office at your organization users should contact for help with the portal.
