A donor contact is someone—usually on behalf of the original donor—who receives updates related to a fund (fund performance, recipients, impact statements)

Donor reports package fund information—recipients, bulletins, fund snapshots, and impact statements—for easy access, consumption, and communication (by mail or email)

A fund is an amount of money set aside for a particular purpose, such as an award, a specific program, or endowed chair

An impact statement is a collection of data points about an recipient—often related to the original awarding criteria

A recipient is someone benefiting from a donation (e.g., student, client, etc.)

A fund snapshot is a record of a fund's financial performance over a given period of time

Contacts to invite: Shows donor contacts who might need access to the donor portal. For more information, see Invite donor contacts.

Contacts to email donor report: Shows contacts who haven't received a recent report or who have never received a report. For more information, see Prepare and send donor reports

Impact statements to publish: Shows impact statements that aren't yet included in the donor portal or reports. For more information, see Publish impact statements.

Recipients to publish: Shows recipients who aren't yet included in the donor portal or reports. For more information, see Publish recipients.

Requested recipients: Shows all recipients who have received a request to fill out an impact statement. For more information, see Request impact statements.

Drafted recipients: Shows all recipients who have started—but not finished—their impact statement. For more information, see Monitor impact statements.
