Connect Gifts to Blackbaud CRM

To push gifts from Online Giving to Blackbaud CRM, you must set:

• A batch template that includes the fields necessary for the gifts to flow to Blackbaud CRM.

• A Global Privacy Control (GPC) solicit code to add to constituent records when a donation form detects GPC in the donor's browser.

To set the connection in Online Giving:

1. From Settings, select Preferences.

2. From Gift connection, select:

   • a batch template,

   • GPC solicit code, and

   • Maximum number of gifts per batch as necessary.

3. Select Save.
