If you use Microsoft Word 2007, you can use the Blackbaud Communications Word add-in to access information from your database from Word. When you install the add-in, a Blackbaud Mailings group appears on the Mailings tab of the ribbon in Word. From the Blackbaud Mailings group, you can select the merge fields from the program to use and set up a correspondence process as you create a document for a mailing in Word.
Note: To use the add-in options in the Blackbaud Mailings group, you must first log into the program and your database. To log into the program from Microsoft Word, click Blackbaud Mailings. The login screen appears so you can enter your login credentials and select the database to work with.
