Encumbered funds and applications

Check out encumbered funds and applications to see:

  • Which applications have been moved into an encumbering category

  • The total amount of money already promised from an opportunity's available funds

Encumbered funds are those set aside to pay for future obligations. If you move an application into an encumbering category, you're telling your system to prepare to pay out a certain amount of the fund.

  • Opportunities, Portfolios, Encumbered Funds

  • On an opportunity record, select Encumbered Applications
