Use fund disbursements
Use fund disbursements to track awards and funds given to applicants, usually related to exports used for other financial or tracking systems.
What are fund disbursements?
Fund disbursements are records of payments to individual applicants.
Your system also includes information regarding the terms of each fund disbursement for record keeping (imported data, opportunity questions, etc.).
Access fund disbursements
Often, you'll export fund disbursements to add or update awards in another system (e.g., student information system, financial system).
To access a list of fund disbursements, go to Opportunities, Portfolios, Fund Disbursements. For tips on working with system grids, see Work with system grids.
