Use fund disbursements
Use fund disbursements to track awards and funds given to applicants, usually related to exports used for other financial or tracking systems.

Fund disbursements are records of payments to individual applicants.
Your system also includes information regarding the terms of each fund disbursement for record keeping (imported data, opportunity questions, etc.).

Often, you'll export fund disbursements to add or update awards in another system (for example, student information system, financial system).
To export a list of fund disbursements manually, select Opportunity, Portfolios, Fund Disbursements. Filter the grid as desired, save the grid view, and select the arrow to download a CSV file. For tips on working with system grids, see Work with system grids.
To import the fund disbursement updater manually, select Site, Settings, Import and Export Tools. Scroll to Disbursement update import, select the file and select Update settings to run.
