Set up reviewer group template
The Reviewer Group Template contains default notes, questions, and rubrics for all new or attached reviewer groups.
Use the Reviewer Group Template to:

Set up notes, questions, or rubrics common to all reviewer groups

Build a template for attached reviewer groups (for more information about attached groups, see Detached reviewer groups
To access the Reviewer Group Template, go to Opportunity, Evaluators, Reviewer Group Template.
Note: Only system admins have access to the reviewer group template.
Sometimes, your reviewers need additional guidance, such as:

Reminders of reviewing standards
-
How to select appropriate candidates
-
Who to contact with questions
When you add a note to the Reviewer Group Template, it displays at the top of every review in your system.
To add a note to the Reviewer Group Template:

Go to Opportunity, Evaluators, Reviewer Group Template.

In the Group Reviewer Note, add or update text.

Select Update Group.
By going to Opportunity, Evaluators, All Reviewers or the Reviewers tab, you can see all reviewers in your system, along with:

Their reviewer groups
-
Their assigned and completed applications (for all groups)
To add one or more reviewers to your system:

Go to Opportunity, Evaluators, All Reviewers.

Select Add Reviewers.

Choose reviewers to add to your system:

In the top box, search for existing users in your system

In the bottom box, add email addresses on separate lines

Select Add or Invite.

To change a reviewer's Display Name, go to their user account. For more details, see User accounts.
Note: Reviewer invitations may not be sent out immediately. For more information, see Troubleshoot common reviewer issues.
To remove reviewer permissions from a user:

Go to Opportunity, Evaluators, All Reviewers.

On one or more reviewers, change their Role to None.

Select Update Reviewers.
Note: Though these users no longer have reviewer permissions, they will still have active accounts in your system. For more information, see Tidy up system?
On the Reviewer Group Template, you may want to ask the same question to all your reviewers, such as Do you have any concerns about this applicant?.
