Reviewer visibility

Use Reviewer Visibility on individual questions to streamline the review process and protect sensitive applicant information.

You might want to restrict Reviewer Visibility to:

  • Protect applicant data: Make sure you're only sharing sensitive information with those who need to know.

  • Improve reviewer focus: Keep reviewers on track by only sharing information they need to evaluate applicants.

Tip: Need to restrict answers to only specific admins? Create a restricted administrator question.

  • Visible to all reviewers: All reviewers on all opportunities can see the answers to this question.

  • Visibility based on Opportunity settings: Let individual opportunity admins decide whether this question is relevant to include on their opportunity.

    • Update individual opportunities:

      1. On an individual opportunity, go to Questions.

      2. Select Reviewable.

      3. Select Reviewable? on one or more questions.

      4. Select Update Questions.

    • Update multiple opportunities:

      1. Go to Opportunity, Portfolios, Opportunities.

      2. Select one or more opportunities.

      3. Select Act on Selected, Add Reviewer Visibility or Act on Selected, Remove Reviewer Visibility.

      4. Select one or more questions.

      5. Select Update Reviewer Visibility.

  • Hidden from all reviewers: Answers to this question are hidden from all reviewers across all opportunities.
