To run an instance of an R68 process again, you can clear its results to reverse the process. For example, you run an R68 process using a specific date range. Records are flagged with pending links and the appropriate results display in the R68 and R68 Refund reports. You clear the results of an R68 process from its status page. You can clear its most recent instance of the process from the Recent status tab or a previous instance from the History tab.
To undo the process, select the instance to clear and click Clear results. The program removes pending links on the applications. After you clear the results of an R68 process, you can edit the process, include a different date range, and run the process again to receive different results. You can run a process multiple times but unless you clear the results, you receive the same data each time.
