Update Revenue Records for an R68 Process

When you run an R68 process, the program compiles all the selected transactions for the process. To run the Post to NL process, update the tax claim numbers on these transactions, include the transactions in R68 reports, you must click Update revenue records for the R68 process. Prior to updating the revenue, an R68 process is in a pending state with pending links on the applications included in the process. You can update revenue records from the most recent instance of the process from the Recent status tab or a previous instance from the History tab.

Note: When you update revenue records for an R68 process, the program stores charity claim reference numbers for payment applications. If you delete a previously claimed gift, the program can add the charity claim reference number from the previously claimed gift to the refund for processing.

To commit an R68 process, go to the process page and click Update revenue records. The status page of the process appears. On this page, you can view information such as the status of the process; the start time, end time, and duration of the process; the person who last started the process; the name of the server most recently used to run the process; the total number of records processed; and how many of those records processed successfully and how many were exceptions appears.

Note: Depending on the number of transactions included in the R68 process, the update revenue process may take some time.

Unless you update an R68 process with a new tax claim number or parameters, you can commit the process only one time. To return to the status page of the R68 process, click Back on the navigation bar.
