To preview the R68 report before you submit the information to HMRC, from the Recent Status tab or History tab of the R68 process status page, click View R68 report. You can review the claims, if needed.
Note: Before you submit the file, you should make sure your online submission gateway settings are set to the live HMRC gateway and not a local test service or the HMRC test gateway. For more information, refer to R68 Online Submission Gateway Settings.
To run the online submission process, click Submit file to HMRC. You must select the HMRC user ID to use. You set up HMRC users when you set up your R68 online submission settings. For more information, refer to R68 Online Submission Settings. After you click Submit file to HMRC, the Run online submission process screen appears.
