Exception Report for Standing Order Import Processes

When you run an import standing order process, the process status page appears and displays the number of records that did and did not import. Standing orders that did not import are called exceptions. When there are exceptions, you can view the Exception Report for the standing order process. This report contains information about the standing orders that did not generate and explains why each did not generate.

You can view the Exception Report from the Standing orders import process status page. On the process status page, you can view an Exception Report for the most recent instance of the process or for a previous instance.

You can print a hard copy of the Exception Report. To print a report, click Print on the toolbar of the report. You can also set up the page format for the print job to determine how the printed report looks. You can also use the report information in another software application or save the report in another file format, such as to share the data with someone who cannot access the program. When you click Export on the toolbar, you can export the information into a shared application, such as Microsoft Excel, or save the report into an easily shared format, such as Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) or a Web archive (*.mhtml).
