View the Exception Report for a standing order import process
1.
Access the status page for the standing order import process for which you want to view exceptions. For information about how to access the status page, refer to View a Standing Orders Import Process Status Page.
2.
Select which instance of the process to use to generate the report. You can generate an Exception Report for the most recent instance of the process or for a previous instance.
•
To generate an Exception Report for the most recent instance of a standing order import process, select the Recent status tab on the standing order import process status page.
•
To generate an Exception Report for a previous instance of a standing order import process, select the History tab on the process status page. In the grid, select the status record to use to create the Exception Report.
Note: On the History tab, you can filter the status records that appear in the grid by the process status. If you filter the records in the grid, it can reduce the amount of time it takes to find a process instance. For example, if you search for an instance that completed its operation, you can select to view only status records with a Status of "Completed." To filter the records that appear in the grid, click Filters in the action bar. The Status field and Apply button appear so you can select the status of the instances to appear in the grid.
3.
If the selected instance contains a commitment for which the program cannot import a standing order, the Exception Report button is enabled. On the action bar, click Exception Report. The Report Viewer screen appears. The program generates and displays the Exception Report.
Note: After you click Exception Report, you can stop the program from generating the report, such as if you decide to generate the report for a different instance of the process. To stop the program as it generates the report, click Stop Rendering on the toolbar. The message “Report processing was cancelled” appears.
