Add a refund of a Gift Aid tax claim

1. Access the record of the payment application with the tax claim amount to refund. For information about how to access an application record, refer to Payment Application Record.
2. Select the Gift Aid Refunds tab.
3. Click Add. The Add a refund screen appears.
4. Enter the reason for the refund, such as “Data entry error” or “New Gift Aid disqualification rule.”
5. Click Save. You return to the Gift Aid Refunds tab.
