Edit the reason for a Gift Aid tax claim refund

1. Access the record of the payment application with the tax claim amount to refund. For information about how to access an application record, refer to Payment Application Record.
2. Select the Gift Aid Refunds tab.
3. Under Gift Aid Refunds, select the tax claim refund to edit.
4. Click Edit. The Edit refund screen appears and displays information about the original tax claim and refund.
5. Edit the reason entered as necessary.
6. Click Save. You return to the Gift Aid Refunds tab.
