Disbursement Process Page
From the Disbursement process page, you can view the status of a disbursement process. The summary displays the process template name, description, bank account, as well as who ran the process and when. The page has tabs for disbursement details, history, results settings, formats, and auto-signatures. The initial settings for a disbursement process come from a process template when you select Start Process.
On the Disbursement Detail tab, you can view the transactions associated with the process. The tab displays the number of disbursements and the total amount of all of the disbursements. You can edit the filters as well as exclude transactions and change amounts. Transactions on the grid are locked for disbursement processing. However, you can go directly to an invoice, credit memo, or its vendor. For information about how to change the filters on this tab, see Manage Filters. On the Disbursement History tab, which appears before you commit disbursements, you can view the history of the disbursement process. The disbursement number is shown with the actions and statuses that have occurred. The tab displays a date and timestamp as well as the user who initiated the action or status. The payee and type of disbursement are also visible.
On the Results settings tab, you can view and edit results settings for a disbursement process. The default option sets the disbursement date to the date the process runs, the post status to “Not posted” and the post date to the disbursement date. You can also create a selection from results. On the Disbursement formats tab, you can link, edit, and unlink formats for a disbursement process. You can link a format to a disbursement process the same way you can link a format to a process template. For information about how to link, edit, and unlink formats in a disbursement process, see:
Note: Linking a format to a disbursement process is different than adding a disbursement format. You must add a disbursement format before you link a format to a disbursement process. For information about how to add a disbursement format see, Add a Disbursement Format.
On the Auto-signatures tab, you can view auto-signatures for a disbursement process. You can select two auto-signatures and choose printing options for each. You can edit auto-signatures in a disbursement process the same way you can edit auto-signatures in a process template.
