File Upload
Client admins can upload images, documents, and other files and store them in a design library. Save them here for easy access to use throughout your community, such as for use in Engagement Elements.
From the CSRconnect Admin Portal, select Community Settings. Then select File Upload.
Note: Files that were uploaded to the legacy admin portal were automatically migrated to the CSRconnect Admin Portal.

Client admin must have the Can File Upload permission to use this feature. See Roles & permissions.

Select Add File.

Enter a File Name.

Enter a Description. You may want to note what the file is and how it will be used.

Drag and drop the file from your computer or select Upload File to browse and select the file.

Select Save.

To delete a file, select the Options menu at the end of its row, then select Remove.

To update an existing file, select the Options menu at the end of its row, then select Edit. Enter your changes, then select Save.
