Fundraiser communication settings

From CSRconnect Admin Portal, Fundraisers, Communication Settings, admins can configure the messages their employees receive during the fundraiser approval process.

You must have the Can manage fundraising design permission. See Roles and permissions.

  1. Under Fundraiser Review Emails, you can enable or turn off the email notifications sent to fundraiser creators when they submit a fundraiser for approval. To view examples of these emails, see the Email Library.

    • Fundraiser submitted for review

    • Fundraiser approved

    • Fundraiser declined

  2. Under Fundraiser Review Messages, you can enter default approved and declined messages. These default messages will pre-populate in the Message to Employee field when admins are approving or declining a fundraiser.
