Peer to Peer Fundraiser Approval
Your community can require admin approval of Peer to Peer Fundraisers. After employees create fundraisers in the CSRconnect community, admins can approve or decline those fundraisers using the Fundraisers Manageror the Approvals Manager in the CSRconnect Admin Portal.
Fundraiser approval is an optional feature. Contact your CSM to enable this feature for your community.

If fundraiser approval is enabled, new peer to peer fundraisers will go into the Pending Approval state upon creation. Pending fundraisers:
-
Cannot receive donations.
-
Will not appear in fundraiser search results.
-
Cannot be viewed by anyone other than the fundraiser creator and admins with fundraiser edit permission.
If a pending fundraiser is approved, it will publish automatically and become active. If the fundraiser is declined, the fundraiser creator can make changes and resubmit the fundraiser for approval.
Note: If the fundraiser approval feature is turned off while a fundraiser is pending, it will remain in the pending state and will require admin approval to publish.
You can make changes to pending fundraisers, but any changes to an approved or declined fundraiser will return the fundraiser to the pending state and the fundraiser will be submitted for approval again.
Tip: The currency and charity cannot be changed after the fundraiser is created.
Fundraiser creators can review the status of their fundraisers from the My Fundraisers page.

Admins can approve or decline pending fundraisers from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Fundraisers, Fundraisers Manager. You must have the Can Approve Fundraiser permission. See Roles and permissions.
Tip: You can also approve pending fundraisers from the Approvals Manager.
