Log an Offline Donation

Employees can log donations made outside the platform to claim applicable matches or other rewards.

Note: Your community's settings determine which donation types you can select.

The offline donation checkout flow includes these steps:

1. Start a Donation: Record the amount, type, and date of a donation you made outside the platform.

2. Review My Cart: Review the donations in your cart before checkout.

3. Complete Checkout: Confirm your privacy settings, accept required affirmations, and submit your donation.
