Match settings

Match settings are high-level settings that you can assign to one or more match programs. All match programs must have an assigned match setting. Match settings apply to matching gifts and volunteer grants.

Add a match setting

To add a match setting to include as a match program option:

1. Navigate to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Give Settings, then select Match Settings.

2. Select Add Match Setting.

3. Enter a Name for this match setting.

4. Under Match Amount / Threshold, enter the match cap.

   Note: The match cap is the maximum total donation amount an employee can have matched by company funds. All match programs that use this match setting will contribute to the total donation amount.

5. Select a Currency Code.

6. Enter a Description if desired.

7. Select Active if the match setting is currently active. It will then appear as an option to select on the Match Programs page.

8. Select Save.

Edit a match setting

1. Navigate to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Give Settings, then select Match Settings.

2. Locate the match setting you want to edit.

3. Select Edit.

4. Make any needed changes.

5. Select Save.
