Best practices and tips:
-
Location is important. Similar to volunteer reporting, if you want to report on location, be sure to know if you want the employee location or the group location before building your report.
-
To report on groups that are only online (virtual), use the "isvirtual" dimension field.
-
Employers can be members of multiple groups.
-
Group Member ID is the unique identifier automatically assigned to each group member when they join a group.

The Group Admin Report retrieves active and inactive employees who have joined a group. It allows the team to track all leadership roles throughout the program year, regardless of how long they held the position. In addition, manager(s) of active incentives programs can retrieve information for group leaders to identify which employees qualify for incentives with minimal data manipulation.
The data includes:
-
Employee name
-
Employee address
-
Leadership role/title
-
Term dates: zAdminRoleStartDate, zAdminRoleEndDate
You can filter the report by date, including:
-
Group Created Date
-
Group Admin Role Start Date
You can also group by group ID + group name (concatenation of both the group ID and group name). The user selects the group ID with the name to limit data retrieved for only that group.
