Help page design

The Help & Support page consolidates all support options for employees into one central location. For more information about this page's options, see Help & Support for employees.

The majority of the Help & Support page is populated with community information, but some elements can be customized and segmented from the CSRconnect Admin Portal.

  1. Go to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community Settings, Help Page Design.

  2. Drag and drop a file from your computer or select Upload file to browse and select the file.

    Note: For best results, limit file size to 2 MB or less.

  3. Use the checkbox to determine whether to display the Suggest an Organization option.

  4. In communities with segmentation, you can copy over the current help page design settings to other segments.

    • Select Apply to Segments.

    • Select the segment(s) that will inherit these settings and select Apply.

    • Check the segment(s) again to confirm, then select Confirm and Apply.

  5. Select Save.
