Incentive Page Settings
Admins can configure their community’s Incentives page from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Incentives, Incentive Page Settings.
Note: Incentive Page Settings support custom translations.
Page Details

Navigation Tab Name: Customize the name of this page in your community navigation.

Title: Customize the title at the top of your Incentives page.

Custom Description: Enter a description for your employees.

If this field is left blank, the default text is: “Below your can see any incentives that you can take action on and information on the programs you are eligible to participate in.”

Custom Redemption Totals
Use Custom Redemption Totals to create custom summary tiles for the Incentives page. If this feature is not enabled, a default Redeemed YTD summary tile will display.

Enable Custom Redemption Totals.

Select Add Tile.

Enter a Title for this tile. This will display in the tile.

Select one or more incentive programs to include in the calculations for this tile.
Note: Each incentive program can only be included in one tile at a time.

Select Save.
