Incentive Rules
Incentive rules for volunteer activity generate an automatic match/reward based on users' volunteer activity. In other words, you can build rules to require that users to reach a threshold of hours to an eligible organization through a certain activity type. Once users reach this threshold, CSRconnect prompts them to redeem their incentive. Users can return and redeem their incentive(s) at a later date, as long as the redemption is still eligible.
There is no limit on how many incentive rules you can have active at one time.
You can manage incentive rules from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Incentives, Programs. Under Options, select Manage Rules for the desired incentive program.
You must have the Can Manage Incentive Programs & Rules permission. See Manage roles.
