Programs

Incentive programs are for employee groups and determine who is eligible for a reward and how much those users are able to receive. This is similar to a match setting or match cap. You must set up programs before you can make incentive rules.

Program options include:

  • User eligibility

  • Corporate cap and budget

  • Users' personal cap

  • Currency settings

  • Compliance requirements

Creating programs

  1. Navigate to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Incentives, Programs.

  2. Select New Program.

  3. Fill out the fields. Some notes for the fields:

    • Program Name: This name will appear in Incentive Management and Reporting.

    • Friendly Name: This name will appear for all users. This can be different from the program name. You can configure a custom translation for this value.

    • Program Description: You can configure a custom translation for this value.

    • Set a per Employee Limit on this Program: This is a personal cap for users. If no amount is specified, the cap is unlimited. Select Convert Across All Currencies or Modify Currencies if you want to deactivate certain currencies.

      Note: Only the currencies you have configured in Client Admin Portal, Manage, Master Give Settings, Currency Master Settings are active.

    • Enable Compliance Requirements: If enabled, users can redeem their incentives, but the incentives cannot be auto-approved or admin-approved until the NPO has approved them.

  4. Select Save Changes.
