Email exemptions

Client admins can control email notifications at a more granular level by excluding specific donors from receiving certain notifications. Currently, you can add an email rule to exclude donors from receiving certain action-needed notifications from the Stranded Funds Automation process.

You can manage email exemptions from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Users, Manage Email Exemptions. Clients admins must have the Can Manage Email Rules permission. See Roles & permissions.

Notes:

  • When a rule has a forwarding email address, if any users in that rule are scheduled to receive an exempt email, the system will send the email to the forwarding email address.

  • If a user is in multiple rules and each rule has a different forwarding email address, the system will still forward the respective email to each forwarding address.
