Manage events and projects
After you have created an event or project, it will appear on the Manage Opportunities page. To open this page, select Volunteer from the navigation, then Manage.
Events and projects that have been saved as a draft and not yet published appear under the Pending tab. Select the name of a pending event or project to review the details. Select Manage Event or Manage Project, then select the option to publish it or submit it for admin approval.
Manage opportunity permissions
The following users can manage events and projects:

The event or project creator
-
Employees added to the event or project as 'Organizers'

Admins with the Can Manage All Community Events or Can Manage All Projects permissions

Report participant check-ins
Participant check-ins are event attendance instances recorded in the following reports:
