Edit account

You can edit your personal details from My Account.

  1. Hover over the profile icon in the CSRconnect Community, then select My Account.

  2. Select Edit Account.

  3. Enter a Preferred First Name. Your name is entered automatically from the HR file. You can add a preferred name to your account, if desired.

  4. Select a Language. Selecting another language re-generates the site. You can then view all standard platform text and some custom text in the selected language.

    Tip: The system automatically sets your browser's language setting from your first login as your default language. If your browser language is currently unsupported, the application defaults to US English.

  5. Select a Time Zone. Your time zone is automatically stored from your browser's settings on your first login. You can change your time zone at any time.

  6. Enter a Preferred Email. Your email is entered automatically from the HR file. You can add a preferred email to your account, if desired.

  7. If multi-factor authentication is enabled for your community, enter a SMS MFA Phone Number.

  8. Under Current Residence, select your Country / Territory and State / Province. We use employee residency information to comply with local regulations.

  9. Upload a Profile Image. This appears on your profile and next to your name throughout CSRconnect.

  10. Select Save.

Preferred name use

If you choose to add a preferred name, it appears on:

  • My Account.

  • private employee-facing pages.

  • public employee-facing pages.

  • employee-facing emails (excluding donation emails).

The system retains your actual name for inclusion on:

  • employee-facing donation emails.

  • admin-facing reports.

  • donation associations and sharing information with non-profits.
