Volunteer Campaigns
Volunteer campaigns are a way to categorize volunteer opportunities within a community. Unlike tags, categories, and types, volunteer campaigns are categories limited to a specific date range.
Admins create volunteer campaigns. Event and project creators can then tie their events or projects to an active volunteer campaign. Participants looking for volunteer opportunities can filter for active volunteer campaigns from Search Opportunities.
Manage volunteer campaigns
From CSRconnect Admin Portal, Volunteer, Volunteer Campaigns, you can manage your community’s volunteer campaigns. You must have the Can Access Volunteer Campaigns permission. See Roles & Permissions.
Under Volunteer Campaigns Section Header, you can customize the heading that appears in the event or project creation forms when employees are prompted to select a volunteer campaign. The default text is “Choose Your Volunteer Campaign.” This field is segmentable.
Use Export Summary to export the list of your volunteer campaigns, their dates, and their number of events and projects.
To view the number of events or projects that have been created for a volunteer campaign, select the number in the NO. Of Events or NO. Of Projects columns. You can then export the events or projects list using Export Summary.
