Volunteer communication settings

From CSRconnect Admin Portal, Volunteer, Communication Settings, you can manage the volunteer-related email notifications sent to your employees.

To manage your volunteer communication settings, you must have the Can Manage Volunteer Settings permission. See Roles and permissions.

  1. Select which emails to enable or turn off using the Active column.

  2. In communities with segmentation, you can copy over volunteer email settings to other segments.

    • Select Apply to Segments.

    • Select the segment(s) that will inherit these settings and select Apply.

    • Check the segment(s) again to confirm, then select Confirm and Apply.

  3. Select Save.
