Opportunity Manager
Admins can use the Opportunity Manager to view the details of all events and projects within their community.
From the CSRconnect Admin Portal, select Volunteer, Opportunity Manager. You will see the Event Manager by default. Select the Projects Manager tab if you would like to switch views.

Use the Search By tool to search by Title, Creator Name, or ID.
Use the Filter menu to filter your results by values including Status, Created Date, and Location.
Use the Sort By options to sort by Created Date or Event Date in Ascending or Descending order.

If approvals have been turned on for your organization, admins can approve or decline individual events and projects from the Opportunity Manager.
Note: Event approvals and project approvals are enabled separately. You may only require approval for one or the other.
You must have the Can Approve Events permission. See Roles and permissions.
Events and projects that need approval will have the Pending status. Filter by Status to view pending events or projects only.
To resolve pending events or projects:

Select Approve or Decline under an event or project.
Note: Use the checkboxes to resolve events or projects in bulk.

Enter an optional Message to Employee.

Select Approve or Decline to confirm your action.
Tip: You can also approve events and projects from the Approvals Manager.

You can configure email notifications for Opportunity Manager admins.
Select Manage Email Settings to set the Email Frequency for all admins and enable or disable emails for individual admins.
Note: The Events Manager tab and the Projects Manager tab have separate email settings.

Every event and project includes the option to send a message to the event or project creator.
Selecting Message Event Creator will launch your device's default email software and open a new email message with the To and Subject fields filled in.
Note: You must have your default email client set up to use this feature.
