Go to the YourCause CSRconnect user community.
Tip: This community is private. Check your emails for an invitation with URL. The community also enables you to network with your peers at other organizations, discuss best practices, suggest ideas for new features and enhancements, comment on ideas, vote for your favorite ideas, and more.

Either sign in with your existing Blackbaud community credentials or select Sign up to create an account.

Return to CSRconnect’s community and select the Latest news tab.

Select Subscribe.

Choose how often you want to receive email notifications (Instant, Daily, or Weekly).
Volunteer
The Participation Confirmation email now advises participants that they can preview or download upcoming events to their calendars directly from event email messages they receive. Email applications that offer this functionality include Google, Apple, Outlook, and any other calendar application if it can accept .ics files.

Reporting
Note: Beginning October 15, 2024, a change is coming to your Tableau experience. For more information, see YourCause Ad hoc Reporting System Updates in CSRconnect Community.
The new Events data feed contains information regarding all events entered in the CSRconnect platform, including team, NPO, VolunteerMatch, individual activity, and projects, regardless of status. This data feed also includes various event attributes, such as the event start and end date, event location, associated event campaign, associated event charity, and other relevant attributes. Changes to this data feed are pulled using the event updated date on the event record from CSRconnect.

With the SFA History Report, client admins can now review every transaction filtered through SFA using the same columns provided in the Transactions on Hold Report along with the following information:

Redirected transactions and their ultimate destination.

User-redirected or auto-redirected transaction identifiers.

Reissue history for each transaction.
The SFA History Report is available through Report, Standard Reports, Give, SFA History Report.

The Custom Questions data feed now displays all active and inactive employees by default if custom questions have been answered. To only view active employees, use is_active_employee to sort results.
The Sent to Partner donation status is scheduled for release in early 2025. This status is an intermediary step between Funded and Disbursed statuses and occurs when YourCause disburses funds to our Global Processing Partner.
The Sent to Partner status:

Indicates that we are awaiting the Global Processing Partner's disbursal of funds to the final charity.

Provides improved visibility and transparency for clients and donors when reviewing donations in CSRconnect.
-
Helps to streamline the batch review process for global analysts.
CSRconnect admin portal
Note: Between now and Nov. 1, 2024, you will notice these changes to the Help Center styling.
To improve how you interact with and consume help resources, we’re making accessibility enhancements and updating the look and feel of our Help Center. While help will still function the same, here are some examples of the changes you’ll see.

Help style – We’re updating the color and style to provide a more consistent experience with other Blackbaud solutions.

Text size – Text is larger to make it easier to view.

Tip style – Updated look of tips make additional help content easier to scan.

Nested subheadings - The introduction of nested subheadings in the navigation will improve scanning and help you understand the hierarchy of content.
Users with permissions can now search emails older than 45 days old in their email logs.
To configure this for your employees, navigate to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Users, Employee Search. Search for the employee to whom you want to give permissions. Select the user, then the Email tab for this user, and select Search emails older than 45 days.

Previously, when you sent a link for a page within CSRconnect Admin Portal, you were redirected to the CSRconnect Admin Portal main page.
Now, when you send a link for a page within CSRconnect Admin Portal, you will be redirected to that exact page. For example, if you send a link for https://clientname.yourcause.com/clientsetup#/volunteering/approvals/eventapprovals, you are redirected to the Opportunity Manager page where you can use the Event Manager to manage event approvals.
