General community

File Upload is now a question type for custom questions. When prompted for a response, users can upload electronic files. For uploaded file links available within the CSRconnect Admin portal, when admins select a link to view responses, the responses will open in a new tab. Admins can then select the image link to open the file. For admins who want to save the image, they can then select (or right-click on) the image, select Save image as…, and choose a preferred file location to store the image.
For uploaded file links located outside of the CSRconnect Admin portal, admins can download the files by selecting the link.

Note: Files uploaded for custom question responses are not available for review in the Custom Question Report. They can only be viewed through the CSRconnect Admin portal pages at this time.
For this reason, we currently do not recommend including a file upload option in custom question sets for My Account, Profile Survey responses since there will not be a way to access the file for management review. Enhancements are forthcoming in a future release.
Give

Users now select Payroll as their donation type before they are prompted to select the donation frequency, i.e. Recurring or One Time.

Volunteer

To align more closely with existing features, the Export Summary link located on the Manage Participants page for events and projects, and the Event Participation Exports and Project Participation Exports pages have been renamed to Participation Summary. In addition, the Export Summary button on the Participation Summary page for both events and projects is now labeled Build Export.
Reporting

Users can now select the Download Data Dictionary option at the top of the Data Feeds page to export the data dictionary as a CSV file.

The Donations and Incentives data feeds now include two new columns:

allow_expedited_giving - Indicates whether the charity allows expedited giving

is_expedited - Indicates whether the donation was expedited
In addition, the Pledges data feed now includes the allow_expedited_giving column.

The following columns are now included in the All Giving Report:

Invoice Number - Number assigned to the invoice
-
Invoice Status - Current status of the invoice

Invoice Created Date - Invoice creation date

Invoice Modified Date - Date the invoice was modified or updated
The invoice number filter allows for filtering by invoice number to view transaction details associated with a specific invoice.

The Participation Levels Report now includes a program selection filter when building the export and the Is Participation Program Active column within the report.

The Suggested Organization Report, which lists the organizations that a community's employees suggest, is now included within Standard Reports.
CSRconnect Admin Portal

We have included the following updates which are available when users create Engagement Elements in Engagement Elements Designer.

Users can create a content block element with a heading, body text, and optional images. Users can also determine the text alignment and the background image or background color option for the content block

After uploading an image, users can opt for a rounded border by selecting Enable rounded border. However, the image must have the same width and height if you want to make the image a perfect circle.

Users can insert an inline frame element with a valid URL to embed another HTML document or website within the engagement element.

We have moved two additional settings to the CSRconnect Admin Portal so client admins can manage these features without help from their Customer Success Manager:

We have moved the Search Opportunities page settings to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Volunteer, Search Settings.

We have moved the Record Individual Activity settings to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Volunteer, Record Individual Activity.

When a questionnaire or survey is attached to any request type, a link appears under the request's View More, Custom Questions heading. Select the link to view responses.
