General community

This release enhances how donations and grants flow from YourCause® from Blackbaud to nonprofits by introducing Blackbaud Integrated Payments as an additional disbursement option. With this option, organizations and nonprofits have more flexibility in how approved funds are delivered and managed.

When eligible donations and grants are processed through Blackbaud Integrated Payments, funds follow standard charitable disbursement paths and are then deposited into the nonprofit’s connected merchant account. Nonprofits can manage YourCause funds alongside their other Blackbaud Integrated Payments activity and use existing merchant account features to support their operational preferences across CSRconnect, GrantsConnect, and Blackbaud Verified Network.

Combined with upcoming enhancements in CSRconnect, this change will enable faster disbursement of your community’s donations to participating nonprofits and improve donor communications.

Note: Nonprofit organizations can set their Blackbaud Integrated Payments merchant account as their default disbursement method in Blackbaud Verified Network. For instructions, see Connect Blackbaud Integrated Payments for Disbursements.

Give

You can now create credit card donations in Pesos to charities in Mexico through our global processing partner, Monte de Piedad. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable donations through Monte de Piedad.

When you open a charity page from Search Organizations and then use the back button, any search terms and filters you selected on Search Organizations will now be retained. This will allow employees to browse charities without having to reenter their search criteria.

To support upcoming enhancements to the offline donation experience, we have moved the Upload a Receipt field to the top of the Log an Offline Donation form.

When configuring a credit card match program, you can now select whether your match program applies to one-time transactions, recurring credit card transactions, or both.

Miscellaneous

We have added a new endpoint to the CSRconnect External API. You can now use the POST/v1/charities/buckets/search/volunteer endpoint to search for Volunteer-eligible charities without entering a bucketId.

The Transactions on Hold report article now includes definitions for the 37 columns added to this report in the 26.06.0 release.
