Use a Template to Create a New Advanced List (EAP)

Blackbaud provides templates of pre-defined advanced lists. Run them as "out of the box" reports. Or treat them as a starting point which you can then modify to meet your unique needs.

1. Schools participating in the early adopter program (EAP) can use a "sneaky link" url to access a new experience for managing basic and advanced lists. When you join the EAP, save the link to your browser's bookmarks.

   A list of basic and advanced lists appears.

2. Select + New.

3. Select New advanced list from template. A list of templates appears.

4. Filter the list by category. You can also sort by a column header or reorder columns.

5. Search for a template. When you find the template, select the ellipsis (...) at the start of its row.

6. Select Copy or Run.
