Document Intelligence - Email History

Email history offers insight into all emails received by your organization's Payables inbox. Each email shows a status of Draft generated or Error, so you can quickly identify which emails created invoice drafts and which require action. Use filters to find emails by status, sender, or received date.

To view, select Email history from any of these locations:

• Payables, Invoices, Generated drafts tab.

• Payables, Overview, under Related links.

• Payables, Overview, under Document Intelligence.

Tip: An email's error status stays visible even after review. A separate Reviewed indicator shows alongside the status, so your history always reflects what happened to each email.
