-
From Treasury, Bank accounts, generate and print checks in the following ways:
-
From the list of bank accounts, select Process payments from a bank account's menu. Then select Computer check.
-
From a bank account record, select Process payments on the action bar. Then select Computer check.
-
From a bank account record, under Pay invoices, select Process payments. Then select Computer check.
-
-
Select Process payments.
-
Select the invoices you want to pay.
-
To locate a specific invoice, search or filter the list.
-
Work with columns to help you organize information visually, making it easier to find, compare, and analyze invoices quickly.
-
-
To partially pay an invoice, decrease the amount in the Payment amount field.
Tip: If an expected invoice doesn't display in the list of approved invoices, verify the date range. Ensure the appropriate bank account is selected on the vendor record, and confirm the invoice is approved.
-
Select Show print settings at the bottom of the page.
-
Enter a starting check number and the payment date to display, such as today or a specific date.
-
The next available check number is the default starting number. The ending number is calculated based on the number of invoices selected for printing. If you enter a new starting number and decide to revert back to the default, select Restore to default.
-
The payment date is used as the post date. It's also used to calculate discounts based on a date.
-
Verify or edit your payment run settings.
-
Verify or edit your check format settings.
-
To close print settings, select Hide print settings.
Tip: To review a report of selected payments before generating, select Pre-payment report. Before printing, review checks for accuracy.
-
-
When you're ready to print, select Generate checks. The checks generate in the background so you can continue working without interruption and then print them.
After the process completes, a message informs you that the download file is ready. To print, open and view the PDF.
-
Wrapping up!

-
To reprint any files, review your notifications and select what you need.
-
To print or void for other reasons, you must do so from the bank account record in Treasury. Under Pay invoices, select More, Void selected payments. Review how to void payments and delete voided payments.
