Create Application and Nomination Reports

An Application / Nomination Ad Hoc report details all applications or nominations on file. Each row in the report represents one application or nomination. Select one or more forms during configuration to narrow report results.

Use a Template

Standard product templates for Application / Nomination reporting are available out-of-the-box, including Applications - All and Applications submitted - Month to date. For more information, see Ad Hoc Reports, Standard Product Templates.

Create the Report

  1. Select Reporting, Ad Hoc and Data Feeds.

  2. Select Create report in Ad Hoc.

  3. Select Application / Nomination for the report area.

  4. Enter a report name.

  5. Optional: Enter a report description.

  6. Optional: Select a template from Start from template.

  7. Optional: Select one or more forms to include in the report.

  8. Select Create Report.

  9. Drag columns from the left panel to the right panel.

  10. Save all changes.

What the Report Shows

Each row in the report represents one application or nomination. To view the application associated with a row, select View application in Report View. All dates and times in the report display in the time zone in the user's settings.

Note: In Edit Mode, you can design reports with up to 500 columns. Only column headers display in Edit Mode; data appears in Report View. For more information about available actions, see the Edit Reports resource.

If an Aggregation field is included in the report, the field displays an aggregated value across all form responses for the application.

Translate Responses

For client accounts that support applicant response translation, select Show translated responses to view applicant responses in the client's default language in reports. This setting applies to Text and Text area form responses where Translate applicant responses is enabled. For more information, see Translate Application Form Responses.

Find Saved Reports

Reports you create are saved under My reports. To find saved reports, filter the Ad Hoc results by My reports.
